Tripura Minister Roy Burman axed from ministry

Agartala, May 31 (IANS) In a major political development, a senior minister of the BJP-IPFT government in Tripura, Sudip Roy Burman, was on late Friday night removed from the ministry, an official notification said.

Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb will take charge of PWD, IT ministry and health ministry. Deputy Chief Minister Jishnu Dev Varma will now be the Science, Technology and Environment Minister.
