Traffic arrangements on Ganeshkhind Road restored
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Traffic Updates News | The Pune Traffic Police had planned traffic changes in Pune University and Ganeshkhind road area to solve traffic congestion caused by the metro flyover work at University Chowk. However, DCP (Traffic) Vijay Kumar Magar said that a decision has been taken to restore traffic on Ganeshkhind Road. (Pune Traffic Updates News)
Additional barricading will be done by MahaMetro. The order to change the traffic between Savitribai Phule Pune University Chowk and its surroundings was issued on February 8. However, considering the VVIP/VIP movement and the traffic situation in Chatuhshrungi, Shivaji Nagar, Khadki Traffic Division, the Pune Traffic Police have decided to restore the traffic arrangement on Ganeshkhind Road. A new order has been issued in this regard on Wednesday.
According to the old order, the traffic arrangement in Savitribai Phule Pune University Chowk, Baner Road, Pashan Road, Ganeshkhind and Senapati Bapat Road areas had been changed. But now, this order has been revoked for some time and the traffic arrangement on Ganeshkhind Road has been restored.
