Tehsildar Trupti Kolte of Haveli suspended

Pune : NpNews24 Online  –  Pune Haveli Tahsildar Trupti Kolte Suspended | Haveli Tehsildar Trupti Kolte has been suspended. The action was taken in the case that involves illegal transfer of the land categorised as Reserved Forest under survey no. 62 in Hadapsar to an applicant. The land was transferred to the applicant on 12 July 2021 without confirming the order of the then Revenue Minister and without obtaining the prior permission of the Government and the necessary guidance, feedback or order from the Pune District Collector. The order has been given by Sanjeev Rane, Under Secretary, the Government of Maharashtra. (Pune Haveli Tahsildar Trupti Kolte Suspended)

 

According to the report submitted to the Divisional Commissioner on 23 May 2022, it has been observed that Tehsildar Trupti Kolte, during the corona pandemic, while purchasing essential items and getting necessary services, did financial irregularities without following the prescribed procedure given in the provisions of the Government Decision dated December 1, 2016 of the Department of Industries, Energy and Labour. Also, from the report submitted by the Divisional Commissioner vide letter dated June 2, 2022, it has been seen that Tehsildar and Managing Officer Trupti Kolte has acted in an illegal manner in the case of Prakash and others. Besides, it has been pointed out that the complaints received against Kolte in connection with the election-related work are of a serious nature. It has been decided to suspend Kolte from government service due to the serious nature of the irregularities committed by her.

 

Accordingly, Tehsildar Kolte is hereby suspended under the provisions of Rule 4 (1) (a) of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1979.
