Shramik Special Train Missed the Destination! Jaunpur Train Reached Varanasi

New Delhi : Amidst the havoc of Corona, the migration of laborers continues. Shramik Special trains are being run by the government for the return of these workers.  Passengers allege that these trains are also being halted for hours at various places. Due to this, the workers traveling in it are suffering from severe heat, hunger and thirst.

Troubled by the stoppage of trains from place to place, now the workers are being impatient. On Friday, one such incident occurred between Varanasi and DDU Junction (Mughalsarai). When the train was stopped for hours, hundreds of workers made ruckus on railway track.

Not only this, in the number of hundreds, the workers of Shramik Special train on the railway track also tried to stop another train. A special train had left for Jaunpur from Panvel in Maharashtra with hundreds of workers. Jaunpur was the destination station, but in the middle way, this train was diverted towards Deendayal Junction instead of Jaunpur. After this the train reached Varanasi at Kashi station.

According to the workers on the train, this train was stopped for more than 6 hours at Kashi station. After this, somehow the train was start, then again it was stopped at Vyas Nagar, a small station between Kashi and Deendayal Junction. Here also the train halted for about one and a half to two hours.

Passengers in the train were already angry for bringing the train to Deendayal Upadhyay Junction in place of Jaunpur. In addition, the train stood for several hours between Varanasi and Deendayal Upadhyay Junction. With which the patience of these passengers broke out at Vyas Nagar railway station. After which hundreds of passengers came down on the railway track and started rucksuck.

The workers of the Shramik Special train stopped another Shramik Special train coming behind. Seeing the commotion and anger of the workers, the drivers of both the trains left the train and left. They created a ruckus here for almost two hours. On receiving the information, the team of RPF and GRP also reached the spot and after somehow, took the control over situation. When this train reached Deendayal Upadhyay Junction, all these workers were sent to their home district in buses from there.
