Shocking! Rikshaw Driver burnt alive to death in Deccan  

PUNE: NP NEWS 24 ONLINE – The Pune city which was known for its peace and calmness has to turn into a city where there is a criminal activity happening every day. Last week in a day Punekar’s witness 3 murders and now another murder has taken place in Pune’s Deccan area where a rickshaw driver has been killed by burning him alive.

This incident took place on Sunday night on November 25. The murder happened on the bank of river Mutha. The name of the victim is Sunil Padwal (40), who used to earn his bread and butter by driving the rickshaw. Chetan Chavan Police Officer is investigating further in this matter.

Deccan police station got the information that one dead body is seen in the Mutha river’s bank. Then police rushed to the spot. Sunil Padwal was assaulted by the unknown and then taken to the river bank where is set Sunil on fire. His face was unrecognisable.

The police found the license in the dead bodies pocket where they got to know that his name is Sunil Chavan. Police are trying to contact his family members. Police officers from Deccan Police Station are investigating in this case.
