Sheikh killed Sheikh! Trinamool leader of Bengal beaten to death

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- A district level leader of Trinamool Congress was brutally beaten to death in Hooghly district of West Bengal on Sunday.

The incident came into light when one accused named Sheikh Akhtar Ali Khan (45) was arrested in this case as informed by the police.

The leader named Sheikh Mukhtar belonging from Madhurpur was beaten brutally until he died after  which deceased’s family members filed a complaint against the accused although the reason why he got killed is yet unknown.

According to the police, a family member has alleged that that the incident took place due to internal politics within the party and dispute among them.

The police is still searching for more details and is looking to the other possible angles to the story as the murder might have some other links to the incidents.
