Shahrukh Khan’s 3 Companies Seized, Assets of more than 70 Crore as per the Government Reports 

Mumbai: Three companies of Sharukh Khan have been seized by the government whose assets have been reported as more than Rs.70 crores. It has been reported that this action has been taken by ED on the Rose Valley Ponzi Scam. Under this, property worth Rs. 70 crore has been seized, including the company associated with Shahrukh’s IPL team.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has seized assets worth more than Rs. 70 crore from 3 companies, including a company linked to actor Shah Rukh Khan’s IPL team, in the Rose Valley Ponzi scheme case. Giving this information, an ED official said that this action has been taken in the money laundering case.

The ED issued a statement saying that this action has been taken in relation to the money received from Rose Valley Group and its other entities. The ED said that under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), assets worth Rs. 70.11 crore belonging to various institutions and individuals have been attached. In Rose Valley case, several charge sheets have been filed by the ED in Kolkata and Bhubaneswar.
