“Shaheen Bagh, ‘Satan Bagh’, We will Not Allow Delhi to Become Syria” – Said BJP Leader

NP NEWS 24 : New Delhi : BJP leaders are openly taking up the case of Shaheen Bagh during Delhi Election campaigns. After Anurag Thakur and Pravesh Verma, now the party’s national secretary Tarun Chugh has given a statement about Shaheen Bagh. Tarun Chugh compared Shaheen Bagh to the BJP terrorist organization Islamic State. Not only this, he also supported Anurag Thakur’s statement.

Chugh tweeted that we will not allow Delhi to become Syria and allow them to act like ISIS modules where women and children are used as weapons. Chugh said that they want to create fear in the minds of the people of Delhi by closing the main roads in Delhi but we will not let this happen. We will not allow Delhi to burn.  Along with this, Chugh hashtagged the statement of Anurag Thakur and wrote – “#DeshKeGaddaronKoGoliMaaroSaalonko – is not wrong. Let nobody break the integrity of India. Shaheen Bagh means Satan Bagh. He said that the views of Hafiz Saeed would not be tolerated in India.”

For the past one and a half months, women have been sitting on a dharna on the Shaheen Bagh road against the CAA. The common people are facing a lot of trouble due to the closure of the Shaheen Bagh road. Taking a statement on Shaheen Bagh, the Election Commission took action against Anurag Thakur and Pravesh Verma and ordered them to be removed from the list of party’s star campaigners.
