Sequel of ‘Badhaai Ho’, Rajkummar Rao Replaces Ayushman Khurana

Mumbai : npnews24 :  The sequel of ‘Badhaai Ho’, Ayushmann Khurana’s hit film is going to be made, but this time Rajkummar Rao will be seen in place of Ayushman. The movie will be titled ‘Badhaai Ho’ and Bhoomi Pednekar will be opposite of Rajkumar Rao .

The film Critic Taran Adarsh has given this information on Twitter. He wrote, ‘Badhaai Ho’ will have Rajkumar Rao and Bhumi Pednekar. This is the sequel to ‘Badhaai Ho’. It will be directed by Harshvardhan Kulkarni, while Junglee Pictures will produce. Its shooting will start in June this year and the film will be released next year.

According to media reports, Rajkummar Rao will play a coop in ‘Badhaai ho’, while Bhoomi will become a PT teacher. Both will be seen together on screen for the first time.

Significantly, in 2018 ‘Badhaai Ho’, Ayushmann had played the role challenging the society’s thinking, in which the family feels embarrassed when the elderly woman gets pregnant. This film was very much liked by the audience. Sanya Malhotra, Gajraj Rao and Nina Gupta also played important roles in it. It was directed by Amit Sharma.

Apart from this movie, Rajkummar Rao will be seen in the films ‘Chalang’, ‘Ludo’ and ‘Roohi Afzana’. At the same time, Bhoomi Pednekar will be seen in ‘Takht’.
