Rs 19.55 lakhs worth mobile phones, accessories stolen in Viman Nagar

Pune: NP NEWS 24 ONLINE – A shopkeeper has registered an FIR with Vimantal police station under Pune city police claiming that mobile phones, accessories worth Rs 19.55 lakhs have been stolen from his shop.

The incident came to light on Monday. The thieves had broken into Kensha Mobile Shopee at Duttmandir chowk in Viman Nagar.

According to police, the thieves have decamped with 93 mobile phones, 8 demo phone, mobile accessories, CCTV DVR and cash.

Bhavesh Ramanlal Solanki (38) of Shivajinagar has lodged the complaint with police in this regard.

Police have registered the case for offences under the Indian Penal Code. Police sub-inspector Pingale is further investigating the case.
