Rekha’s Fun Reaction On Seeing Amitabh Bachchan’s Photo, Said ‘Danger Zone’ and Turned Away
New Delhi: Rekha was recently seen at calendar launch event of Dabbboo Ratnani, where such an incident happened that everyone started laughing. When Rekha arrived here, she started walking the ramp with Dabboo’s daughter, but when she stopped, there was a picture of Amitabh Bachchan in front. Looking at this picture, Rekha gave a fun reaction and said, ‘Here is the Danger Zone, come on’. All the people present there start laughing after listening this.
Discussions of Rekha and Amitabh’s relationship have been common in Bollywood. The two met on the sets of the film ‘Do Anjane’ in 1976, after which news of their closeness began to appear. In the chat show of actress Simi Grewal, Rekha was asked if she fell in love with Amitabh while working together. She had answered- What a stupid question, of course. Till date, I have not met any such man, woman or child who does not love her to the extent of madness.
However, in the same interview, Rekha also made it clear that she had no personal relationship with Amitabh, no matter what the newspapers say. During this interview, Rekha tried to make it clear that her love for Amitabh was like a fan.
When Simi questioned Amitabh about why the news about relations with Rekha keeps coming, then this time he replied that ask this to the media. She was my co-star. We used to work together, but it has been made something else. I have faced these allegations a lot. Some allegations were very stupid that I have gone to live with her or she has come to live with me. I was charged without any investigation.
Both of them had super-hit chemistry on the screen too. They appeared together in films like ‘Mr. Natwarlal’, ‘Muqaddar Ka Sikander’ and ‘Silsila’.
