Record Single-Day Surge of 45720 COVID-19 Cases, 1129 New Fatalities

New Delhi : With the speed at which the coronavirus infection is spreading, now it is also causing the death of people. During the last 24 hours, new records of Coronavirus have been recorded across the country and the number of people who lost their lives due to the virus has also increased rapidly. According to the data released by the Union Health Ministry, 45720 new cases of coronavirus have been reported across the country in the last 24 hours i.e. from 8 am Wednesday to 8 am Thursday, which is the highest number of cases in a day.

If you look at the statistics of the Ministry of Health, during the last 24 hours, 1129 people have died due to Coronavirus across the country. With so many deaths in one day, the illusion is broken that fewer people are dying due to this virus in India. So far, 29861 people have lost their lives due to Coronavirus and the number of deaths is increasing continuously.

However, the number of people recovering after beating the coronavirus has also started increasing rapidly. According to the Health Ministry, during the last 24 hours, 29557 people have been completely cured of the coronavirus across the country. Till date, out of the total 1238635 cases of this virus, 782606 people are such that have been completely cured. The number of active cases of corona in the country is 426167.
