No water supply to half of Pune city on Thursday, delayed water supply at low pressure on Friday

Pune : NpNews24 OnlinePune Water Supply | Water supply to almost half of the city will be suspended on Thursday (March 24). Maintenance and repair work will be carried out at Parvati water supply centre, SNDT and Warje water stations and old and new Holkar pumping stations. Hence, the areas served by these water stations will have no water supply on Thursday.

 

Moreover, water supply will be delayed and will be at low pressure on Friday. This was announced by the PMC water supply department.

 

The affected areas are as under:

Parvati water supply centre: All peth areas, Dattawadi, Rajendra Nagar, Lokmanya Nagar, Deccan Gymkhana, Shivajinagar, Swargate, Parvati Darshan, Mukund Nagar, Sahakar Nagar, SNDT area, Erandwane, entire Kothrud, Dahanukar Colony, Karve Nagar, Law College road, Satara road, Padmavati, Bibvewadi, Indira Nagar, Karve Nagar, Seminary Zone Mithanagar, Shivneri Nagar, Bhagyoday Nagar, Dnyaneshwar Nagar, Saibaba Nagar, survey no, 42, 46, Kondhwa Khurd, Parvati and Padmavati tanker filling centre.

 

Chatuhshrungi/SNDT/Warje water stations: Pashan, Aundh, Bopodi, Khadki, Chatuhshrungi, Gokhale Nagar, Janwadi, Range Hills, Bavdhan, Baner, Chandani Chowk, Kishkindha Nagar, Rambaug Colony, Left-Right Bhusari Colony, Dhananjay Society, Eklavya College area, Mahatma Society, Guru Ganesh Nagar, Pune University area, Warje highway area, Warje Malwadi, Ramnagar, Ahire Gaon, Popular Nagar, Atul Nagar, Shahu Colony, Warje water station area, Sus, Sutarwadi, Bhugaon road, etc.

 

New and old Holkar pumping stations: Vidya Nagar, Tingre Nagar, Dhanori, Kalas, Lohegaon, Mula road, Khadki, MES, HE Factory, Hari Ganga Society, etc.
