PUNE : Pune News | Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting Pune on Tuesday and during his visit, he is going to inaugurate many projects. He is going to inaugurate the extended sections of Pune Metro and he will be bestowed with Lokmanya Tilak National Award. The PM is going to perform pooja at the Dagdusheth Ganpati temple. Because of his visit, changes have been in the traffic arrangements.
Meanwhile, Modi is going to inaugurate the Shivaji Nagar metro station and a video of the metro station is going viral on social media.
The construction of the station has been influenced by Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj and Swarajya.
Replicas of the entrance of Shaniwarwada and Lal Mahal, replicas of towers of the forts and walls of forts have been created at the metro station. Hence, one gets a feel of visiting a fort and this will be the centre of attraction.
Shivaji Nagar metro station is located at the centre of the city and will be crowded with passengers. The station has been decorated in a special manner. An effort has been made to showcase Pune’s culture and important tourist places.
