Pune Crime News | The Anti-Narcotics Cell (ANC) of the Pune police arrested a youth from Rajasthan who had come to sell opium in Bibvewadi. The police seized 230 gm opium worth ₹4.60 lakh, mobile and a two-wheeler.
Pune Crime News | The accused has been identified as Laduram Vagaram Bishnoi (20), a resident of Rajasthan.
Bishnoi at present stays in Kakde Vasti in Kondhwa. The ANC team got information that he was going to visit the Sukhsagar Nagar area in Bibvewadi to sell opium. The team laid a trap and arrested him. He was searched and opium, mobile, two-wheeler totally worth ₹5.20 lakh were seized.
DCP Amol Zende and ACP Sunil Tambe guided senior PI Vinayak Gaikwad, API Shailaja Jankar, Maruti Pardhi, Praveen Uttekar, Vishal Dalvi, Pandurang Pawar and Rahul Joshi in taking the action.
