Pune Crime News | Notorious criminal Vivek Yadav detained for one year under MPDA Act

PUNE : Pune Crime News | The police commissioner has taken detainment action against notorious criminal Vivek Bablu Yadav (46), a resident of Haveli taluka, who is involved in selling hooch under the MPDA Act.

 

Vivek Yadav with his aides has committed serious offences like preparing hooch and selling it in the limits of Loni Kalbhor police station. In last five years, five cases have been registered against him. Because of his criminal activities, there was a threat to the health and life of local residents and law and order. Locals were scared to complain against him.

CP Retesh Kumaarr has ordered action against Yadav under MPDA Act and his detainment for one year after checking the proposal submitted by Loni Kalbhor police station and other documents. Yadav has been detained at the Nagpur Central Jail. Loni Kalbhor police station’s Sr PI DL Chavan had submitted a proposal. The documents were checked by Sr PI Vaishali Chandgude of Crime Branch’s PCB.

 

After Retesh Kumaarr became the CP, he has taken action against 20 people under MPDA Act. In the future also, such action would be taken against notorious criminals.
