Pune Crime News | Investors Demand Swift Action Against Fraudulent Couple Defrauding Crores

Pune : Pune Crime News | A group of investors has demanded the immediate arrest of a couple and three others who allegedly defrauded them of a staggering sum of Rs 15 crore under the guise of share market investments. The investors gathered in large numbers at the Yerawada Police Station to press for action in this case.

The complaint, filed by Dhananjay Mukund Barathe (38) at the Yerawada police station, names Ganesh Muralidhar Kamble, his wife Shubhangi Ganesh Kamble (residents of Sankalp Nagri, Ashwini Building, Dhanori), and their associate Rekha Santosh Agle (resident of Netaji School). According to Barathe, two years ago, Ganesh Kamble and his two female accomplices duped investors in Yerwada by promising them significant returns in the stock market.

Yerawada police had received several complaints regarding this fraudulent scheme. The main accused, Ganesh Kamble, was called in for questioning by the police. However, Kamble managed to meet the investigating officers, seemingly to resolve the investors’ concerns, and then absconded. For the past 17 months, the investors had been trying to file a case at the Yerawada Police Station. After meeting with senior police officials last month, one of the complainants successfully lodged a fraud case involving a sum of several crores.

The alleged fraud has affected numerous citizens of Yerawada and the surrounding areas who invested substantial amounts of money in the scheme. The investors are now seeking justice and the apprehension of all involved parties. They urge the authorities to expedite the investigation and take swift action against the accused to ensure that justice is served and their hard-earned money is recovered.
