Pune Crime News | Body of Pune-based software engineer found in field along Pune-Nashik highway
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime News | The rotten body of a youth has been found in the ghat on the Pune-Nashik highway. A shocking fact is coming to light that he may have been killed. According to preliminary reports, the youth worked as a software engineer in an IT company in Hinjewadi. Mystery surrounds his death and the Khed police have registered an FIR against an unknown person. (Pune Crime News)
The deceased has been identified as Sourabh Nandlal Patil. He was missing since July 28. However, his body was found in the Khed ghat which has created a flutter. There is a possibility that this will give a new twist to this incident. Sourabh’s relative Sandip Sonawane has lodged a missing complaint at the Hinjewadi police station. However, his body was found in a field in the jurisdiction of the forest department at Sandbhorwadi along the Pune-Nashik highway. API Birudev Kabugade has lodged a complaint on behalf of the government.
According to the police, Sourabh Patil was working in an IT company at Hinjewadi but he was missing for a week. His relatives tried to locate him but they could not do so. His two-wheeler had been found in Holewadi area in Khed taluka. The key of his two-wheeler had been found on the railing of a well. But his whereabouts could not be found. Finally, his rotting body was found in a field in the jurisdiction of the forest department in the old Khed ghat.
The Khed police are carrying out a probe and efforts are underway to find out about Sourabh Patil’s death. The crime rate is increasing in Pune and hence, the police carry out their investigation in a sensitive manner in such cases. The police are trying to find out what may have exactly happened in this case.
