Pune Crime News | 32-year-old man arrested for sexual assault and sending obscene videos to victim mother

Pune : NpNews24 Online  –  Pune Crime News | In a shocking incident in Pune a 32-year-old man sexually assaulted a minor and when she lodged a complaint about it he sent an obscene video clip of a minor to her mother and relatives through WhatsApp. The accused also threatened to kill the minor. According to the police officials the victim has filed a complaint at Lonikand police station. A case has been registered against the accused named as Arjun Motiram Munde. The victim girl and the accused are known to each other and have a friendly relationship. The accused took the complainant to the lodge saying that it was his birthday in the month of April and forcibly had sexual relations with him.

Police officials further added, ” The accused got angry with the victim when she lodged a complaint against him. The accused chased the complainant while she was walking on the road on August 9. He also sent pornographic videos of the complainant in nude condition to her mother and relatives on WhatsApp. The accused also sent to the complainant’s mother and threatened that I will kill your daughter and son. We have registered a case under 354 (d) and 506 of the IT Act. Assistant police inspector Ravindra Godse is further investigating the case.
