FIR against four people for obtaining loan of Rs 40 lakh by submitting fake documents to buy Audi car

Vrishali Gavane (40), a resident of Shirur taluka, has lodged a complaint at the Chandan Nagar police station. Accordingly, the police have filed an FIR against Sachin Gyandev Satpute, a resident of Chandan Nagar, Gajanan Dnyaneshwar Sakore, a resident of Shirur taluka, Rahul Londhe, a resident of Vishrantwadi and Kuldeep Sharma, a resident of Dattawadi. The incident took place on February 2, 2016.
According to the police, the accused gained the trust of the complainant under the pretext of buying an Audi car. A quotation of a fake showroom (Anshul Motors) sent to her husband and other documents were presented to the Annnasaheb Magar Bank. Bank Manager Rahul Londhe did not check the authenticity of the documents and approved a loan in favour of Sachin Satpute. The accused opened a fake account of Anshul Motors in Suvarnayug Cooperative Bank and transferred the loan amount to this account. The four accused, instead of using the money to buy the car, withdrew the money and cheated the bank.
