Pune: Chaturshrungi Police nab robbery gang preparing to loot a petrol pump on Baner road

Pune: A team of Chaturshrungi Police chased and arrested an armed gang preparing to rob a petrol pump on Baner Road.

Police have seized Rs 1 lakh 46 thousand worth of items including pistols, sickles, and chili powder from their possession.

Sub-Inspector of Police Mahesh Bhosale has lodged a complaint in this regard.

Lalil Sasane (23, resident of Upper), Jayesh Lokhande (20, resident of Juna Bazar), Nikhil Kusalkar (22), Rohit Dhotre (21, both of Vadarwadi), Subodh Sarode (20) have been arrested.
