Pune BSF jawan died due to heart-attack while performing his duty

Pune: NP NEWS 24 ONLINE – 27-year-old Pune based border security Force (BSF) jawan died due to the heart attack at Infal border in Manipur on Saturday evening while undergoing treatment.

Deceased jawan has been identified as Prasad Prakash Bendre (27) a resident of Shivajinagar Gavthan in Pune. He had joined BSF in 2011 and in 2016 he had married to Daund based Sayali Dahale. He is survived by his wife, mother and four unmarried sister.
On November 9 he had last communication with his sister via video call on occassion of Bhau Bheej. Speaking to his sisters via video call had informed that due to weakness and  unwell, he cannot speak more and in a day time he was to discharge and resume to duty back.
Prasad was suspected suffering from Maleria and was admitted in the defence hospital in Manipur. On Saturday he was not responding well to treatment and got attack. Later doctor pronounced  him death. On sunday his mortal was brought to Pune and funeral was performed on him as per the Defence norms.
Prasad relative said,”During Ganpati vacation he had come for 15 day leave. Initially he was posted at Jammu and Kashmir and now he was at Impal in Manipur China border. “
