President address: Rahul Gandhi busy at browsing phone

NPnews24 online New Delhi: Congress President Rahul Gandhi has once again landed in trouble, for not paying attention to the President Ram Nath Kovind’s Joint address of the Parliament.

Rahul Gandhi seen scrolling through his phone and typing away for about 24 minutes of President Kovind’s one-hour speech.

UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi listened to the speech and applauded, but Rahul did not laud for any topic. Sonia Gandhi prompted and stares at him but Rahul continued to sit still.

In the president address, the joint sitting of both the houses of parliament, president noted that women came out in large number to exercise their franchise.
