Police constable held for illicit relationship with woman colleague, defaming her by forwarding her intimate photos to friends
Pune : NpNews24 Online – Pune Crime | The Khadak police have arrested a police constable for establishing physical relations with a woman colleague by promising to marry her. He took her intimate photos and forwarded them to his friends, thus defaming her. The accused beat her up and also threatened to kill her. (Pune Crime)
The arrested has been identified as Sandeep Kundlik Jadhav. He is posted in the Pune Rural Police. The incident took place from November 2020 till recently.
The victim lodged a complaint at the Khadak police station.
According to the police, the complainant and the accused were working together. Jadhav promised to marry the victim and had sexual relations against her wish. He also had similar relations with some other women and cheated the victim by not marrying with her. He often thrashed her and threatened to kill her. He ruined her reputation by showing her obscene photos to friends. The victim approached the police after learning this. Jadhav has been arrested. PSI Pawar is investigating the case.
