Jiah Khan, who made her Bollywood debut with Amitabh Bachchan from ‘Nishabd’, had left the world at the age of 25. Today is Jiah’s 35th birthday and she is not among us. Jiah, who played the role of free and bold girl in ‘Nishabd’, had a pain hidden in her heart, due to which she hanged herself on 3 June 2013. But she had achieved a lot in her short life.

1. Jiah Khan was born in New York. Jiah’s connection to Bollywood was because her mother Rabia Amin who was also acting. Jiah studied acting and English literature to become a Bollywood star.

2. Jiah started her bollywood career with Ram Gopal Varma’s ‘Nishabd’. In this film, a young girl falls in love with an elderly person. The film made Jiah a star overnight, while the film did not perform as well at the box office.

3. It was Jiah’s talent that after ‘Nishabd’, Aamir Khan gave her a chance in his film Ghajini. This film was a super hit and Jiah’s work was also praised. After this, she had stepped into comedy. She appeared in Sajid Khan’s film ‘Housefull’.
