Nirbhaya Case : Hanging of Culprits On March 3 at 6 am

New Delhi: A big update has come out on Nirbhaya case. The Patiala House Court has issued a new death warrant against the culprits. In which it was announced to hang the four convicts on March 3 at 6 am. As soon as the hearing started, the status report of Tihar Jail has been submitted in the court. It may be noted that 3 out of 4 convicts have already abolished their legal remedies.

 

During the trial, the convict Mukesh told the court that he did not want the judge-appointed judge Vrinda Grover to plead his case. After this, the court-appointed advocate Ravi Kazi to plead his case on the demand of convicted Mukesh. At the same time, the Tihar Jail Administration filed a status report in this case in the court and told that Vinay Sharma, convicted for the death penalty, is on hunger strike. The court directed the jail superintendent to take care of Vinay Sharma on hunger strike as per law.

Nirbhaya’s mother said –

Ahead of the hearing, Asha Devi, the mother of the Delhi gang-rape victim, said that she was hopeful of a hearing on the plea for a new death warrant against the culprits. She said that many dates of hearing have come earlier.
