Nirbhaya case: After 7 years, convict Pawan told himself to be a minor, hearing the petition in Delhi High Court today

New Delhi: npnews24 Online – Justice to Nirbhaya after her death is still not given. In the Nirbhaya case, it was expected that the four convicts would be hanged to death by December 16. It has been 7 years for this heinous crime, but even today the culprits were not hanged. Now this matter seems to be moving forward. The court has already granted the four convicts till January 7 in the Nirbhaya gang rape case and now another latest information has come out.

 The rapists that are to be hanged to death will be hanged next year but one of the four convicts hanged, Pawan Kumar Gupta has filed a petition in the Delhi High Court. He claimed he is a minor ,the issue can be raised at any time even after the final settlement of the case.
