Nepotism Debate: Is Alia Bhatt losing big films? Know the truth ‘here’

Mumbai: Nepotism became the talk of the town since the demise of Sushant Singh Rajput. Along with fans, the actors of industry have also raised questions on nepotism and ganging in Bollywood.  People urged others to boycott Star Kids films on social media and the results can be seen in Alia Bhatt’s Sadak 2 trailer becoming the highest disliked trailer.

After the Sadak-2 trailer, there have been speculations that RRR director SS Rajmouli has replaced Alia with Priyanak Chopra. However, this is  mere rumor. Alia is still part of the RRR team and is also preparing for the film. A member of Alia’s team told Pinkvilla that Rajamouli has signed Alia because of her talent, not because of her background, and he will stick to his decision. The rumors are spread to tarnish Alia’s image..

SS Rajamouli, “RRR” is set to release on January 8, 2021. It will be simultaneously released in ten Indian languages worldwide.Ajay Devgan, Jr. NTR, Ramcharan and Alia Bhatt are the star cast. In the film, Ajay Devgan will play the role of Ramcharan and junior NTR’s guru. It is a fictional story revolving around India’s freedom fighters Alluri Sitaram Raju and Komaram Bhim, who fought against the British Raj and the Nizam of Hyderabad, respectively.

The budget of the film is around Rs 400 crore, and will be the most expensive film in India. Rajamouli’s last film Bahubali had earned over 1000 crores overseas. Previously , SS Rajamouli has given big budget blockbuster films like Bahubali series, Iga, Magadheera.

Alia Bhatt will also be seen in Ayan Mukherjee’s ‘Brahmastra’, Karan Johar’s ‘Takht’ and Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’
