National Flag will fly half-mast

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE – The Government of India, announced with profound sorrow the death of Ananth Kumar, Union Minister for Chemicals and Fertilizers and Parliamentary Affairs, Monday in Bengaluru.

As a mark of respect to the departed dignitary, the Centre has decided that the National Flag will be flown at half mast in Delhi and Capitals of all States and UTs where it is regularly flown, today and on the day of funeral at the place where funeral takes place.

It has also been decided that the State funeral will be accorded to the departed dignitary.
