Mumbai Bollywood Drugs Case : Comedian Bharti Singh arrested by NCB

Mumbai: Famous comedian Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachiyaa have been arrested on Saturday by the Narcotics Control Board (NCB) after cannabis in small quantity was found at her residence.

The arrest was made after conducting a search at their residence, an official handling the matter said. Singh’s name had cropped up during the interrogation of a drug peddler.

The search was conducted as part of the ongoing probe by the NCB into alleged drug use in the entertainment industry.

86.5 gms of Ganja was recovered from the duo’s residence and they have both accepted the consumption of the same.
