Mou Das begins work on web film Game On

Np News 24 Mumbai: Producer Mou Das, who is busy producing her web film Game On under her banner Kite Runner Pictures, says that the title of the film is perfect for the story.  “The suggestion came from the writer itself. Our story is a suspense thriller with multiple layers of characters executing a meticulous plan of a sinister conspiracy. This is why Game On was absolutely apt,” she said.

The film is very special to the producer and has a lot of unique elements.  “The never attempted format of the film is our USP and the story is the novelty of our film. Since it’s an experimental format, so the actors we are looking for our film should be equally passionate about the subject and the characters as they have multiple layering and shades,” Das added   “Also, they should be ready to explore their creative side along with us to meet the necessary requirement of the film. We welcome all the known and fresh talent of Bollywood with good command over Hindi and English as its a bilingual film,” she said.
The producer says that the project has taught her a lot.

“Before coming to Mumbai, I was on the other side of the table but ever since I have stepped into this venture, it’s been a great learning for me to know each and every process which is involved in film making. I am quite thrilled about it and am enjoying it too,” she further said. The digital platform boom is here to stay, says Mou.

“I completely agree with the boom of digital platform which is here to stay. It has made a good reach and will progress more in days to come as for each and every viewer, the content is available on multiple platforms, which is great,” she affirms. The web film is being directed by Shashank K Bhatnagar and will be shot in Mumbai and abroad.
