Morbi : LCB seizes 308 bottles of liquor from an under construction house
Morbi : The LCB team got a tip that Ghanshyamsinh Gambhirsinh Zala of Sapkada village in Halvad taluka had made a basement in his new house and hid a huge quantity of foreign liquor.
On the basis of which the investigation was conducted under the guidance of a team including Morbi SP S. R. Odedra and DYSP Radhika Bharai Ninsuch including LCB PI V. B. Jadeja, PSI N. B. Dabhi.
Ghanshyamsinh Gambhirsinh Zala of Sapkada in Halwad hid a quantity of foreign liquor in the basement in his newly constructed house next to Batuk Ashram in the village to escape from the police.
An investigation has been launched to register a case against the accused in connection with the Rs 94,400 including 308 bottles of English liquor late this evening.
However, the accused fled when he got the hint about the raid. However, the LCB police have registered a case against the accused Ghanshyam Singh Gambhir Singh Zala at the Halwad police station and are searching for him.
The police were also shocked to see the basement built by the accused in his house. However, police staff went down in the basement and found a huge quantity of alcohol. Thus Morbi LCB has had great success in catching the network selling liquor.
