Massive collision of 4 vehicles blocks Pune Mumbai Expressway

A tragic incident took place in a broad day-light on Pune Mumbai Expressway as the road was blocked due to a massive collision which took place. Two containers collided with each other due to which other two cars This incident took place early in the morning in the Amritanjan bridge of Lonavla area. This incident has blocked the expressway.

The police immediately arrived at the spot. The police cleared out the crowd out of the road.

According to the reports, a container hit another container from behind which was going towards Mumbai from Pune. The collision of both containers led to the collision of two other cars. This tragedy made the condition of the driver of the container miserable. The driver got stuck inside the container for a long time and was severely injured.

As soon as the police received the information, Lonavla and Expressway Police reached the spot immediately. A rescue operation was carried by the rescue team and saved the injured driver successfully. The driver was retrieved from the dangerous condition which he was in. The vehicles were removed out of the road with the help of a crane. The whole process took a lot of time due to which commoners faced a lot of trouble.
