The height of the dome at its apex is 263 feet.

Only the partial structure of front side was inaugurated was well coloured but the behind the construction work was still under process and not painted. Even one who enter the dome  inside some of the structure and the wall carving work was incomplete.

Front side shining , Back side Dull

All the dignitaries which were present for the inauguration came from the front side of the dome which is complete and shining. The dome is the biggest in the world so one standing on the front side cant see the back side of the dome.

In the photo we can see that the dome is still under construction and if it is so then why did the management rushed into the inauguration programme.

Vice President on Dome

Describing the dome as another wonder of the world, Naidu said, “The World Peace Dome is not only the biggest in history but is the biggest idea as well. Hinduism is a way of life, culture is way of living and thus India represents the way of living.”

Remembering Mahatma Gandhi on his 150th Anniversary, Naidu said, “Gandhiji always had emphasized on truth, simplicity, kindness, peace and non-violence. He gave us the greatest weapon to win in any situation. Simplicity is the Gandhian thought. Five things a man should never forget – Mother, Native Place, Mother Tongue, Motherland and Guru.”

Terror and violence are harmful in society and they are the enemy of mankind. I am talking  in Pune and you will understand after I leave from here. Some propagators are encourage extremism movement. Some give it religious colour to create terrorism but no religion teach violence. Vice President and inauguration of incomplete work

The vice president of India M. Venkaiah Naidu some days back came in Pune to inaugurate the new building in PMC i.e. Pune Muncipal Corporation. Videos of that building leakage got viral on social media.

Rainwater falls into new building through roof during launch function, vindicating Opposition.

An incomplete building, a leaking roof and a splash of political drama was the gist of the Vice-President Venkaiah Naidu’s (VP) visit to the city, at an event where he was invited to inaugurate the brand new Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) building. The function was arranged particularly to launch the auditorium housing the new general body hall, and also attended by Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.

The same happened with MIT’s dome. Surprisingly both CM and Vice President were present on the both occasion
