Lockdown Extended Till 6th September in Bihar

Patna: Lockdown has been extended once again in Bihar. In view of the situation of corona infection in the state, the government has extended it till September 6.

The Home Department issued the order after a high-level meeting.It was the last day of the lockdown on Sunday in Bihar.

The state government is strictly enforcing the lockdown in the Containment Zone. Strict lockdown will continue in the state, districts, subdivision, block headquarters to the civic bodies till August 16. Buses will not run. The operation of private vehicles, autos and taxis has been relaxed. Night curfew has been imposed from 10 pm to 5 am. Shopping malls will remain closed. Parcel and Take-out is allowed for Restaurants and Dhabas.

Government offices have been ordered to open with 50 per cent employees. Also, private sector offices can be opened with 50 percent staff. The district administration will give permission to open shops according to the local situation.
