Kim Kardashian files for divorce with husband Kayne West

Kim Kardashian has filed for divorce from the father of her four children, Kanye West, as per reports online. Relevant documents related to Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s divorce have been reportedly processed by the former, who was married to her musician husband for over six years.

 The reports of their marriage hitting rock bottom was making headlines for quite a long time now and as per the US media reports the celebrity couple was living separately and going through counseling dealing with ‘regular relationship issues.’ However, earlier there were reports that the actress wants to do every possible thing to save her marriage as she feels ‘divorce would be hard on the kids.’ As per the reports which were circulating in media, Kim Kardashian ‘just hasn’t wanted to give up’ when it comes to her marriage with Kanye West and the duo have been doing counseling, but they’ve really been spending very little time together.’

Kardashian’s publicist confirmed the divorce filing but did not provide further details. Kardashian, 40, is asking for joint custody of the couple’s four children, it added, with her lawyer Laura Wasser reportedly filing the divorce papers Friday.

The TMZ report spoke about the numerous ups and downs that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s relationship saw, most of which was due to Kanye West’s erratic behaviour in the past eight months. Reports of reasoning for the divorce have varied, with sources previously claiming that their politics, lifestyle, Calabasas home and even the rapper’s surprisingly brief attendance at her lavish birthday party last year have all been points of contention.
