Jumbo COVID centre at Shivaji Nagar: FIR registered against Sanjay Raut’s partner Sujit Patkar and three others for cheating PMRDA

PUNE : NpNews24 Online  – Pune Crime News | The Shivaji Nagar police have registered an FIR for PMRDA being cheated by preparing a fake partnership deed during the COVID-19 epidemic and getting the tender of setting up a jumbo COVID centre. BJP’s former MP Kirit Somaiya had lodged a complaint with the police and alleged that misappropriation of ₹100 crore had taken place. Hence, troubles have increased for MP Sanjay Raut. PMRDA’s Executive Engineer Raju Thange had lodged a complaint (80/23) with the Shivaji Nagar police station. Accordingly, an FIR has been registered against Dr Hemant Ramsharan Gupta, Sujit Mukund Patkar, Sanjay Madanraj Shah and Raju Nand Kumar Salunkhe.

 

According to the police, the contract for setting up a jumbo COVID centre on the Engineering College ground had been given to Sanjay Raut’s partner Sujit Patkar’s Lifeline Hospital. A fake partnership deed was prepared to get selected during the tender process and PMRDA was cheated, the complaint states.
