JNU Protest : Deepika should go and dance in Mumbai, rather going to JNU in Delhi

New Delhi: npnews24 Online – Bollywood Actress Deepika Padukone visited the Jawaharlal Nehru University in Delhi. Here the new political war has started. There many controversies going on asa Deepika visited JNU. Some of them trolled Deepika while some supported her. Deepika participated in the protest in JNU.

Trollers have told to ban her upcoming movie ‘Chhapaak’ as she is in support to the victims that got attacked in the JNU attack. The same way BJP politician Gopal Bhargav has also commented on this participation of Deepika in JNU protest. Gopal Bhargav said that “an actress should stay in Mumbai and dance and not participate in such activities, what is the need to go to the JNU I can’t understand.”

Member of Parliament Sakshi Maharaj had a also stated a statement against Deepika Padukone. She has visited JNU to see the students that were attacked. So Deepika is getting trolled hastags are used #BoycottChhapaak. It is also notified that do not watch  Chhapaak, ban Chhapaak.

Congress politicians Kapil Sibal, Randip Surjewala, Pawan Kheda and many others gave back the answers supporting Deepika. Kapil Sibal said, “Stop suffocating the country’s soul. Nobody can oppose the artist or a celebrity from bringing up their opinions. Chhapaak is just not a movie for Deepika it is about the women who have been attacked by the acid. It’s the feeling of a woman who has gone through.” he tweeted. “A celebrity or an artist that supports any idea cannot be called as an anti – nationalist. ” Kapil Sibal added.
