J&K Police Prevented 6 Youth from Becoming Terrorists, 5 of Them are Minors

Jammu: Jammu and Kashmir police stopped 6 youths before joining the terrorist organization. 5 of these 6 youth are minors. This case has come out from Magam and Narbal region where these boys live. These boys were planning to join terrorist organizations after coming under the influence of some people who think of separatism and terrorism.

It is noteworthy that the police got into action as soon as the information was received and took the family members of these boys together and investigated them. After that all 6 were caught and taken in custody. The Jammu and Kashmir Police counselled boys for two days. His family members were also asked to keep a close watch on their children. Their family members were asked to take special care of boys to check whom they contact and they were asked to immediately inform police if any changes in their behaviour is observed.

Security forces have stopped dozens of youth from becoming terrorists so far. These youngsters are not only brought back by security forces but also helped in starting a new life. Security forces have succeeded in bringing the militant youth back into the mainstream. Such efforts of the security forces should be highly appreciated.
