India to Purchase Dangerous Weapons Amid Tension With China, Army Will Get Suicide Drones, Light Weight Tanks

New Delhi : India is going to make emergency procurement of many dangerous weapons of the world amidst ongoing tension along the border with China. This includes weapons ranging from Israel’s dangerous suicide drone loitering munitions and light weight battle tanks. It has been reported that the government has approved this emergency purchase. At the same time, an important meeting is going to be held under the chairmanship of Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, in which important decisions can be taken on speeding up the procurement process.

Army can get these weapons
According to the information received, the Government of India has approved the purchase of some of the world’s most dangerous weapons to strengthen the army. It also includes a loitering munition. This weapon is developed by Israel. It is also called suicide drone. Apart from this, the government has also allowed the purchase of light tanks. At the same time, the government will also buy Israel’s Hero UAV. At the same time, the government will also purchase a new Sig Sauer American Assault Rifle. Government’s list also includes the Spike Anti-Tank Guided Missile and the Shoulder-to-Surface Surface-to-Air Defense Missile.

Today will be an important meeting
According to the information received, a meeting of the Special Defense Acquisition Council is going to take place today. It will also include Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat along with Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. Along with this, the chiefs of the three armies will also attend the meeting. In this meeting, in view of the action being taken by China on LAC and Pakistan on LOC, a decision will be taken to speed up the process of purchasing arms.
