India and Morocco sign Agreement on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters 

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE – One of the most unique and innovation way between the two countries will be resolving legal assistance on criminal matters between India and Morocco.
An Agreement on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters was signed by Kiren Rijiju, Minister of State for Home on behalf of the Government of Republic of India and Mohamed Aujjar, Minister of Justice on behalf of the Government of the Kingdom of Morocco on Monday.
The Agreement will be strengthen the bond of the bilateral cooperation with Morocco and enhance effectiveness, global perspective  and provide a broad legal framework for prevention, conclusive study, combat analysis along with well investigation and prosecution of crimes.
 This will not only enhance as well as in tracing in succeeding the restraint and confiscation of funds meant to finance terrorist acts which can jointly deal and resolve with an positive and studying in all the angles as well legal framework.
Both the Ministers reiterated their resolve to jointly counter the threats posed by organized crime and terrorism.
