Npnews24 Online Mumbai: Actor Disha Patani , who will feature in Salman Khan’s Bharat, has started her preparation for her new project, Malang. A romantic horror film, it will be directed by Mohit Suri. Disha and Aditya Roy Kapur star as the film’s main lead.
Disha shared a short video clip from her prep for the role. Aditya and she are in a swimming even as instructors can be seen giving them inputs.
Sharing it, Disha wrote: “Train swim repeat. #malang”. She shared a picture and wrote: “When you look like a potato after 3 days of cheat meals.”
Malang also stars Kunal Kemmu and Anil Kapoor. Kunal, who is prepping for Malang, says it has got a lot of shades to it. Speaking to IANS, he said: “It’s an interesting film. It’s got a lot of shades to it. It has me playing a cop again, it’s a very interesting part and I am looking forward to it.”
He says the film has a very interesting ensemble. “I am very excited to be working with Anil Kapoor because I have always been a die hard fan of his work. I just worked with Aditya recently in Kalank and it’s lovely to be back but most importantly to get associated with my first director Mohit Suri again. I am very excited to be back with him,” he said. Kunal made his debut as lead in 2005 with Kalyug, directed by Suri.
Disha hit the limelight when she featured in song called Slow Motion with Salman Khan in his upcoming Bharat. Patani rekindled Bollywood’s romance with the yellow sari through the song. But it left many asking, “Where’s the sari?”
Disha, who is rumoured to be dating actor Tiger Shroff and has worked with him in Baaghi 2, shot for a music video as part of an ad campaign with him in April. As part of Pepsi’s 2019 Har Ghoont Mein Swag anthem also features star rapper Badshah and has been choreographed by Ahmed Khan.
