I was only 17 when he drugged me before assaulting
NPnews24 Online: The FIR against Aditya Pancholi was filed on 27th June after the leading Bollywood actress had completed giving her statement on 26thJune.
In her statement, she has narrated details from 2004, “In 2004, I went to a party with him. Sometime having a drink, I started feeling dizzy. He spiked my drink, after the party was over Pancholi said he’ll drop me home. He took me to his Range Rover car. Later he stopped the car in middle of Yari road and started getting forcefully physical with me, I was only 17 and new in the city”. The actress further said, “He took photographs of me, which I wasn’t aware of.”
She also mentioned that she’d met a senior IPS officer in 2004-06 seeking for help and told him the truth, but no action was taken.
While Pancholi had denied all the allegations his lawyer Prashant Patil had made a statement saying, “The case against my client has been filed with bad intention, the day after the Andheri Metropolitan court summoned the complainant and her sister in criminal defamation case filed by my client.” He further stated and questioned about complainant being quite for 15 years.
