High Tide Of 4.7 Meters Expected At 1.33 pm in Mumbai Today : Indian Meteorological Department

Mumbai : Strong winds with continued rains in Mumbai is as it is, meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has issued a high alert in Mumbai on Friday i.e. today. According to the report, sea waves can rise to a height of 4.75 meters during high altitude in Mumbai. According to the forecast, high tides are expected in Mumbai at 01:33 today. All agencies including Disaster Management Department, Meteorological Department, Administration and Police are keeping an eye on this entire development.

During the high tide, people have been instructed to stay indoors in the coastal areas of Mumbai. Also the areas along the sea shore have been evacuated. According to Meteorological Agency Skymet, rainfall is likely to continue in the interior parts of Maharashtra including Mumbai and the Konkan region till August 23.

During this period, there will be light rain with thunder in Mumbai, due to which the weather will remain pleasant for the next three-four days. However, there is a possibility of heavy to very heavy rainfall in the coastal and some interior parts of the state in Maharashtra. The meteorological department (IMD) deputy director, KS Hosalikar, said that there will be heavy rains at different places in Mumbai, Thane and interior parts of Maharashtra.

According to Skymet, light to moderate rains have continued in the city for the last few days, due to which the weather conditions have been pleasant and the city has recorded a slight drop in temperature. The Meteorological Department has predicted cloudy weather with the possibility of moderate rain in the city.

On Thursday, the Meteorological Department’s Santacruz Observatory recorded a maximum temperature of 30.2 ° C and a minimum temperature of 23.2 ° C. On the other hand, the Colaba Observatory recorded a maximum temperature of 30.2 ° C and a minimum temperature of 26 ° C.
