High Alert : ISI & Pakistani Terrorists Group Taking Help Of Gangsters to Carry Out Terror Attacks in India

New Delhi : The new conspiracy by ISI and Pakistan’s terrorist groups has increased the challenge for Indian security agencies. The ISI and terrorist groups have become restless because of not being able to carry out attacks in India due to strong security of Indian Armed forces and security agencies. Now they are trying to resort to local gangsters to carry out their nefarious plans.

Recently, the Chandigarh Intelligence Unit has cautioned all intelligence agency units about the ‘terrorist-gangster’ nexus. Naming some gangsters, the Intelligence Wing has said that ISI and terrorist groups are in touch with these gangsters and giving them the task to carry out attacks in India. Some of them are fugitive criminals and some are in jails.

A senior government official said that it is possible that ISIS could or is already in touch with these local but extremely influential gangsters. The Punjab unit of the Central Intelligence Agency has said in an alert sent a few days ago that ISI and other terrorist groups have given 5 gangsters the task of targeting some leaders.

Out of these five gangsters, 2 are fugitives and the police are looking for them, while three are imprisoned in different jails of Punjab. These gangsters are involved in dozens of murders, robberies, drug trade and are running rackets from jail. The local police have been asked to keep an eye on these gangsters.

According to an official, the ISI had to make this strategy because the local sleeper cells on which the terrorist organizations depended have been dismantled or are no longer working for them because they are afraid of being killed by the security forces. There was also no top level commander left to control the local sleeper cells.
