Gwalior police arrest two for physically assaulting a woman

GWALIOR: A woman was brutally assaulted by a man in his car while the driver was driving the car. The incident took place in Kuleth village in Gwalior district of Madhya Pradesh.

According to the information, the accused deluded the girl saying that he will be providing work to the girl in his factory, and asked her to sit in his car after which he assaulted her in the car in front of his driver. The accused then took the girl to the hotel and raped her there too.

The victim had filed a complaint against the accused of physically assaulting her and a case has also been registered on the driver of helping the accused in the crime.

Accused identified as Ram Babu Gurjar fooled the girl and picked her up from the front of a zoo in his Tavera and raped her in his car. Meanwhile, the driver instead of stopping the crime was driving the car while Gurjar was assaulting the helpless victim.

Gwalior police have registered the case against Ram Babu Gurjar and the driver and arrested both of them.

Crime Branch DSP Vijay Bhadoria stated that the victim reported on Monday against Ram Babu Gurjar and the driver after which police immediately came into action and arrested both the accused in the case.
