In Banaskantha, a man committed suicide by hanging himself during the home quarantine. According to the information, due to the Coronavirus crisis, the deceased was in the home quarantine for the last 14 days and on Friday he committed suicide by hanging himself.

The deceased was home quarantine from 20 March. The 14-day quarantine of the deceased was ending on Friday 3 April. However, on Friday, he committed suicide. Mental stress is being said to be the reason behind committing suicide.

Cases of Coronavirus are increasing in the country. So far, more than 2500 infected cases of coronavirus have been reported in the country. At the same time, about 100 people have been infected with the Coronavirus so far in Gujarat.
