Goa : Milind Soman booked under IT Act for obscene act on beach

A case has been registered by the Goa Police against him for spreading pornography in public place and promoting it on social media. On November 4, Milind Soman had posted a nude picture of himself on his Instagram. This picture went viral on the Internet. Many people also shared it. After which this photo became very viral on social media.
Case filed against Milind Soman under IPC section 294 and IT Act section 67 –

In the caption, he wrote that ‘Happy birthday to me.’ With this photo, Goa Police has registered a case against Milind Soman under IPC section 294 and IT Act section 67. Recently he celebrated his birthday.
