Gay employee of I.T company sexually abused by boss

Recently after the Supreme Court decriminalized consensual gay sex on Thursday and the LGBT community rejoiced over it after which a shocking incident took place in which a gay employee of a well known I.T company was physically harassed by the boss.

The incident took place in Mumbai based Tech Mahindra Company.

Accused boss Richa currently is head of Diversity Department at Tech Mahindra Company. After the allegations on her in Gaurav’s case, another former employee also accused Richa of  the same against a Muslim community.

Gaurav Pramanik is the name of the victim who was an employee of Tech Mahindra Company, whose boss Richa Gautam was accused of harassing the victim.

According to information, Gaurav was working in Tech Mahindra Company from 2012 to 2016. At that time, Richa keep insulting him every time in front of other office employee and she also make fun of his colourful clothes.

She compared him to as a person who is hopeless and eventually made jokes on him discouraging the morale of the victim. She also encouraged other employees to insult and make fun of him.

These allegations have been posted on twitter in the form of a letter. He got so frustrated of been insulted repeatedly and hence resigned from Tech Mahindra Company in year 2016.

After the complaint was filed by victim Gaurav, another employee Spandan Mehta has accused Richa of  being anti-Muslim with a company’s employee. Mahindra Company’s Chairman Anand Mahindra, has taken this matter in his hands and has appointed a third officer for further investigation of the matter.

Police said, “Since Richa is head of Diversity Department and other departments also, hence the investigation should be done in an impartial manner for which the third officer is appointed.”
