Election fever: Congress and BJP in a seesaw battle!

NP NEWS 24 ONLINE- Elections are on its peak, and the Election Commission is going to declare the results of the states Rajasthan, Telangana, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh and Mizoram and counting of votes have begun on Tuesday, December 7 since 7 am onwards.

In Madhya Pradesh, Congress and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) are giving a tough fight to each other as its still unpredictable who will win 2018 elections.

But, BJP’s one of the spokesperson has announced earlier on Tuesday that the party still has hopes to win the elections in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh although in Rajasthan, Congress is leading.

Various exit polls in the state are predicting a tough fight between both the parties. And BJP is in lead most of the times while currently with 118 seats whereas 110 seats of Congress. As per the aggregate of nine exit polls, the BJP will get 110 seats in the state, while the Congress will get 109 seats and the halfway mark is at 115

There is a question which is being arisen in the meantime that ‘will Shivraj Singh Chauhan be able to make it as chief minister of Madhya Pradesh representing BJP for the 4th time?’

On November 28, Madhya Pradesh won all the 230 seats and now since the exit polls are being telecasted live on TV, people are stuck to their electronic screens eagerly watching the tough fight between both the parties and waiting for the result.

Earlier in elections of the year 2013, BJP led with 165 seats and 44.88% of votes whereas Congress was lagging behind with 65 seats and 36.38% votes.

It will be interesting to watch in the near future what the battle of both the parties bring out.
